12 months maintenance is included with all licensed products. This provides unlimited support and free upgrades. This may be renewed annually, please contact sales for details. Note that maintenance only covers upgrades by download. Media kits, which include the install CD and - where applicable - new manuals, are available for an additional charge.
All shipments are by courier and the delivery time varies with destination. Shipments to UK destinations will be delivered by 5.30pm the following day. To the USA and Canada delivery time is typically 2-3 days. Please enquire for expected shipping times to other locations.
IMPORTANT Our shippers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a full street address when ordering.
